Being active is not only about hitting the gym or going for a run or any other kind of sport. You can also be active by switching up routines in your day. I haven’t had time to exercise much this week because I’ve come home after the gym had closed, so I have biked and walked wherever I could. I have biked for more than 27 miles and later today I’m going for a walk in the woods with my friend - I’m kind of excited about this actually, I hope the nice weather stays all day!
